UGRO Capital Limited approves allotment of NCDs worth Rs.35 crore

The Investment & Borrowing Committee of UGRO Capital Limited has approved allotment of 350 Secured, Redeemable, Listed, Non-Convertible Debentures ('NCDs') of the face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- each aggregating to Rs. 35,00,00,000 (Rs. Thirty Five Crores only) on a Private Placement basis.
