V2 Retail Ltd opens 4 new stores and closes 4 stores

V2 Retail Ltd has opened 4 (Four) new Retail Stores at below mentioned locations:

- Sadar, Azamgarh(Uttar Pradesh)
- Jankipuram Extension, Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh)
- Bicholim, (Goa)
- Kapashera (New Delhi).

In line with Company's strategy to evaluate performance over various parameters including store wise profitability, the Company has also closed 4 (Four) Retail Stores at below mentioned locations:

- Shibli, Azamgarh(Uttar Pradesh)
- Farrukhabad (Uttar Pradesh)
- Jammu District(Jammu & Kashmir)
- Hyderabad (Telangana).

Therefore, currently 74(Seventy Four) Retail stores of the Company are operational.

Shares of V2 RETAIL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.60.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 60.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12426 in over 144 trades.
