The Board of Directors of Vidhi Specialty Food Ingredients Ltd at its meeting held on August 14, 2020, has declared a 1st Interim Dividend for the financial year 2020-21 @ Rs. 0.20/- (Rupees Twenty Paisa) i.e. @ 20%, per equity share having face value of Rs.1/- each, aggregating to Rs.99.89 Lakhs.

The record date for reckoning shareholders entitled to receive 1st interim dividend for FY 2020-21 will be Saturday, 22.08.20.
