Elgi Equipments Ltd board recommends bonus issue

The Board of Directors of Elgi Equipments Ltd in their meeting held today have considered and recommended the issue of bonus shares in the proportion of one equity share of Re.1 each for every one equity share held by the shareholders as on the record date as may be determined by the Board of Directors in due course of time.

Shares of ELGI EQUIPMENTS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.247.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 214.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 143495 in over 4000 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 256.9 and intraday low of 204.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 34943218.
