JK Agri Genetics Ltd to raise funds upto Rs. 50 crore

The Board of directors of JK Agri Genetics Ltd at its Meeting held today, which commenced at 11.45 A.M. and concluded at 3.15 P.M. has given its omnibus approval to raise funds upto Rs. 50 Crores by way of issue of Non-Convertible debentures (NCDs)/ Debt Securities and authorised its Committee of Directors of the Company to take all necessary actions as it may deem appropriate from time to time.

Shares of JK Agri Genetics Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.807.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 751.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6543 in over 369 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 868 and intraday low of 770.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5363470.
