Varun Beverages Ltd Board declares Interim Dividend of Rs. 2.50 for CY2020

The Board of Directors of Varun Beverages Ltd at their meeting held on August 04, 2020, inter alia, has considered and approved the payment of interim dividend of Rs. 2.50 (Two Rupees and Fifty Paisa only) per Equity share for the financial year 2020 on the total issued, subscribed and paid-up 28,86,88,720 Equity Shares of the nominal value of Rs. 10/- each.
