The Board of Directors of Golkunda Diamonds & Jewellery Ltd at its meeting held on July 31, 2020, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.00/- per equity share for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2020, subject to approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
