Solitaire Machine Tools Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.75 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Solitaire Machine Tools Ltd at its meeting held on July 29, 2020, has recommended a final Dividend of Rs. 0.75/- (i.e. 7.5%) per equity share of Rs.10/- each on the fully paid up equity share capital of the Company and which is subject to approval of Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of Shareholders approval in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
