SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd board to consider Q4, FY2020 results, dividend on July 28, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 28th July, 2020 to consider, approve and take on record the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the company for the Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2020.

The board will also consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for the Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2020, subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
