Godrej Industries Ltd board approves raising Rs. 750 crore through NCDs

The Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Godrej Industries Ltd has today, i.e. on July 13, 2020, has approved the Information Memorandum for issuance of upto 7,500 (Seven Thousand Five Hundred) Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures having Face Value of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh Only) each, aggregating to Rs.750 Crore (Rupees Seven Hundred Fifty Crore) on private placement basis.

Shares of GODREJ INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.365.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 378.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7987 in over 854 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 380.65 and intraday low of 361.8. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2934745.
