Manappuram Finance Ltd raises Rs. 178 crore through NCDs

The Financial Recourse and Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Manappuram Finance Limited ('Company') at its meeting held on July 10, 2020 approved the allotment of 1780 (One Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty) Market Linked, Rated, Secured, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures having a face value of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Only) each aggregating to Rs.1780000000/- (Rupees One Hundred and Seventy Eight Crores only ) on a Private Placement basis to be listed on the BSE Limited.

Shares of MANAPPURAM FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.160.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 159.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 199731 in over 1405 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 161.15 and intraday low of 157.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 31823682.
