IRCTC board recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.50 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC) in its meeting held on Friday, July 10, 2020, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 2.50/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2019-2020 (@ 25% of the paid-up share capital of Rs. 160 cr.) subject to the approval of shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. This Final Dividend is in addition to the Interim Dividend declared at Rs.10/- per share of face value of Rs. 10/- each (100% of the paid-up share capital of Rs. 160 cr) already paid in February, 2020.
