HPL Electric & Power Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.15

The Board of Directors of HPL Electric & Power Limited in its meeting held today i.e. 9th July, 2020 has considered and approved the recommendation of final dividend of Rs. 0.15 (1.5%) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2020, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.

Shares of HPL Electric & Power Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 39.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 33778 in over 330 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 41.05 and intraday low of 38.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1364775.
