Bharat Dynamics Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 2.55 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Bharat Dynamics Ltd have recommended a final Dividend @ Rs 2.55 per share (face value of Rs.10/-each) for the year ended 31.03.2020. This Dividend upon approval by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting(AGM) will be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM.

2. The Company had earlier declared an interim dividend of Rs.6.25/- per share and the total dividend for the FY 2019-20 declared by the company is Rs.8.80 per share (face value of Rs.10/-each).

Shares of Bharat Dynamics Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.301.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 290.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 56218 in over 3171 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 312 and intraday low of 293. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 17078826.
