Parag Milk Foods Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of directors of Parag Milk Foods Limited has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.50/- per equity share of face value of Rs.10/- (5%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2020, which is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
