Power Mech Projects Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 1 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Power Mech Projects Ltd at its meeting held on June 27, 2020, have recommended final dividend of Re 1.00 per share (10%) for the FY 19-20, subject to approval of the shareholders in the AGM.
