Ashok Alco-Chem Ltd Board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.50 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Ashok Alco-Chem Ltd at its meeting held on June 26, 2020, have recommended a Dividend of 5% i.e. Rs. 0.50/- per Equity Share of Rs.10/- each for the financial year 2019-20. The dividend on equity shares, if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), will be paid within 30 days of the ensuing AGM.
