TPL Plastech Ltd Board approves Rs. 3.50 final dividend for FY2020

The Board of Directors of TPL Plastech Limited at its meeting held today i.e. June 26, 2020, has recommended Final Dividend @ Rs. 3.50 per Equity Shares of Face Value of Rs. 10/- each being 35%, for the Financial Year 2019-20, subject to approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of TPL PLASTECH LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.120 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 124.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11678 in over 452 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 132.35 and intraday low of 117.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1493474.
