Indo Count Industries Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 0.60 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Indo Count Industries Ltd at its meeting held on June 12, 2020, inter alia, has recommended Final Dividend of 30% (Re. 0.60 per equity share of Rs. 2/- each) for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2020. The said dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be paid to the shareholders within 30 days of AGM.
