Orient Electric Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Orient Electric Ltd at their meeting held today, i.e. June 01, 2020, have considered and recommended a final dividend of Re. 0.50 (50%) per equity share of face value of Re. 1 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2020, which is subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, making a total dividend of Rs. 1.15 (@115%) per equity share of Re. 1 each for the financial year 2019-20, including interim dividend of Re. 0.65 (@65%) per equity share declared earlier during the financial year 2019-20.

Shares of Orient Electric Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.179.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 168.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8115 in over 621 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 181.05 and intraday low of 170.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1440848.
