The Board of directors of The Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 2.70/- per share for the year ended on March 31, 2020 to the equity shareholders of the Company. The 'Record Date' fixed for the purpose of ascertaining the shareholders eligible for receiving interim dividend is June 10, 2020. The interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders on or after June 17, 2020.
