Advanced Enzyme Technologies Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.60

The Board of Directors of Advanced Enzyme Technologies Ltd in its Meeting held on May 30, 2020 (commenced at 12:30 p.m. and concluded at 1:40 p.m.) has recommended a Dividend @ 30% i.e. Rs. 0.60/- per equity share on the face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2020, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing 31st Annual General Meeting of the Company ('AGM').

The Dividend, if approved / declared by the Shareholders at 31st AGM, will be paid on and from the second (2nd) day from the date of AGM.
