Sundaram Finance Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Sundaram Finance Ltd at its meeting held on May 29, 2020, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 3/- per share (30%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2020, on the paid-up capital of Rs. 111.10 cr. This, together with the interim dividend of Rs. 10/- per share (100%) paid on March 06, 2020 will make a total dividend of Rs. 13/- per share (130%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2020.
