Lupin Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of Lupin Ltd at its meeting held today, i.e. Thursday, May 28, 2020, has recommended dividend @ 300% i.e. Rs. 6/- per equity share of the face value of Rs. 2/- each for the year ended March 31, 2020, subject to approval of Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The total outflow will be Rs. 2718.4 mn.
