ESAB India Ltd board to announce interim dividend on May 28, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of ESAB India Ltd is scheduled to be held on 28 May, 2020, Thursday through Video Conferencing Mode (VCM) to consider payment of Interim dividend, if any, to the Equity shareholders of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31 March 2020.

The 'Record Date' fixed for this purpose i.e., Friday, 12 June 2020 in terms of Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

The Trading Window for the purpose of transacting in Company's Shares will remain closed from 1 April 2020 till the next Board Meeting for consideration of Audited Financial Results which shall be announced at a later date.

Shares of ESAB INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1035 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1051. The total number of shares traded during the day was 105 in over 30 trades.
