A meeting of the Board of Directors of Honeywell Automation India Ltd is scheduled to be held on Friday, May 22, 2020, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2020.

At the said Board Meeting, the Board of Directors will also consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2020.
