Poddar Housing and Development Ltd launches 'Poddar Wondercity'

Poddar Housing and Development Ltd has launched Phase I of its project known as 'Poddar Wondercity' under PMAY scheme (Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna) at Badlapur East. The Phase I of the said project is having 1,863 flats with a builrup area of approximately 1.2 million sq. ft.

Shares of Poddar Housing and Development Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.474.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 475.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1234 in over 106 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 490 and intraday low of 433. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 552784.
