Elecon Engineering allots 90560 Equity Shares

Elecon Engineering Company Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors at its meeting held on January 02, 2008 has allotted 90,560 Equity Shares of Rs 2 each fully paid up to Credit Suisse (Singapore) Ltd on conversion of 100 Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds of US $ 1,000 each aggregating to US $ 0.1 mn.
