The Board of Directors of Akme Star Housing Finance Ltd at its Meeting held on October 26th,2Ol9 which commenced at 10:30 P.M. and concluded at 11.00 AM has approved the allotment of 33,69,500 equity share of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 36/- each( Total issue price - 46/- per share) on preferential basis.
