Quess Corp Ltd allots 7,54,437 shares to Amazon.com NV Investment Holdings LLC

The Preferential Issue Committee of the board of directors of Quess Corp Limited, pursuant to its meeting held today allotted 7,54,437 equity shares by way of private placement on a preferential issue basis to Amazon.com NV Investment Holdings LLC.

The shares were allotted at a price of Rs. 676/- per Equity Share (out of which face value is Rs. 10/- per Equity Share and premium is Rs. 666/- per Equity Share).

Shares of Quess Corp Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.456 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 453.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5321 in over 446 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 458.9 and intraday low of 449.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2416706.
