Hotel Leelaventure allots 2583864 equity shares

Hotel Leelaventure Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors on Issues of the Board of Directors, in its meeting held on January 08, 2008, has allotted 25,83,861 nos. of fully paid up Equity Shares of the Company to one of the euro FCCB bondholders who has exercised the option to convert 2250 bonds of Euro 1000/- each aggregating to Euro 22,50,000/- into equity shares at Conversion price pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Offering Circular dated September 13, 2005. These equity shares will rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company.

With the allotment of the above shares the Equity Shares upon conversion stands increased from present level of 37,03,03,085 nos. to 37,28,86,946 nos. Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each.
