Amtek India to consider allotment of 55 Lakh Shares

Amtek India Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 15, 2008, to allot 55,00,000 equity shares to the promoters group Companies on preferential basis.
