Maars Software to consider conversion of CCPS into ordinary shares

Maars Software International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 11, 2008, inter alia, to consider the proposal to convert existing 77,20,000 8% Convertible Cumulative Preference Shares of Rs 10/- each allotted to Bank of India in to equity shares of the Company.
