Lok Housing to consider issue of warrants

Lok Housing & Constructions Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 14, 2008, to consider issue of Warrants on Preferential Allotment basis to the Promoters of the Company and to the Strategic Investors.
