Gujarat NRE Coke allots 3.5 Crores Warrants, 71456 shares

Gujarat NRE Coke Ltd has announced that the Committee of Board of Directors (CoD) of the Company at its meeting held on January 03, 2008, has issued and allotted 3,50,00,000 (Three Crore fifty lac) Convertible Warrants to Promoters / Promoter Group Companies on Preferential / Private Placement Basis pursuant to the Special Resolution passed by the Members of the Company through Postal Ballot vide its results declared on December 21, 2007.

The Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held January 03, 2008, has issued and allotted 71,456 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 52.50 pursuant to Conversion Notice(s) received from the holder(s) of FCCBs.

The stock closed the day at Rs.145.15, down by Rs.1.35 or 0.92%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.147 and low of Rs.142.10.
