Hindustan Composites Ltd signs agreement with TBK Co. Ltd.

Hindustan Composites Ltd has signed a Long Term Technical Assistance Agreement with TBK Co. Ltd., headquartered in Tokyo, Japan to obtain technical assistance for manufacture of commercial vehicle brake friction materials in India. TBK Co. Ltd. controls about 70% market share for heavy and medium duty commercial vehicle brakes in Japan.

Shares of HINDUSTAN COMPOSITES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.530 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 506.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8208 in over 468 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 549.95 and intraday low of 507.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4312987.
