RBL Bank Limited approves allotment of 172404 Equity Shares pursuant to exercise of Stock Options

RBL Bank Limited has allotted 172,404 (One Lac Seventy Two Thousand Four Hundred & Four) equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each on June 16, 2017 under the ESOP Schemes of the Bank.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Bank has increased from 376,447,587 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating Rs. 3,764,475,870 to 376,619,991 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating Rs. 3,766,199,910.
