RBL Bank Ltd approves allotment of 162061 Equity Shares Pursuant to exercise of Stock Options

RBL Bank Ltd has allotted 162,061 (One Lac Sixty Two Thousand & Sixty One) equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each on March 24, 2017 under the ESOP Schemes of the Bank. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Bank has increased from 375,041,075 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating Rs. 3,750,410,750 to 375,203,136 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating Rs. 3,752,031,360.
