ING Vysya Bank sells stake in Bharat Overseas Bank at Rs.155

ING Vysya Bank Ltd has announced that the Bank on September 11, 2006, has sold 23,09,999 shares held by it in Bharat Overseas Bank, being one share less than its holding of 23,10,000 at the rate of Rs 155/-per share.
