Solix Technologies to issue 225000 shares to NRIs

Solix Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 08, 2006, has decided to issue 2,25,000 numbers of equity shares to an Non-Resident Indian, on Preferential Allotment basis in accordance with the compliance of SEBI Guidelines for Preferential Allotment.
