Birla Power allots 12.8 Lakhs shares to Bennett, Coleman & Co

Birla Power Solutions Ltd has announced that the allotment committee of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 09, 2006 has been allotted Preferential issue of 12,80,000 equity shares of Ps 10/- each to M/s. Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd at a price of Rs 43/- per share.
