Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd approves allotment of Secured, Redeemable, NCDs on a Private Placement Basis

Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd's proposal to issue, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value Rs. 10 lakhs each ('NCDs') aggregating Rs. 6000 Crores, on a private placement basis, and pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 in terms of the Board authorization dated October 21, 2016, the Company has today, March 17, 2017, allotted its sixth tranche of Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value Rs. 10 lakh each ('NCDs') aggregating Rs. 50 Crores, as per attached intimation.

Shares of Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.964.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 945.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 131905 in over 5261 trades.
