Nagpur Power acquires stake in Motwane Manufacturing

Nagpur Power & Industries Ltd has announced that the Company acquired equity shares of Motwane Manufacturing Co. Pvt. Ltd. for Rs 2.52 Crores in the month of September 2007. The Company's shareholding in Motwane Manufacturing Co. Pvt. Ltd is 44%.

The aforesaid Company is engaged in business of manufacturing of Test & Measuring Instruments at Nashik.
