Anand Rathi Wealth Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 7

The Board of Directors of Anand Rathi Wealth Limited at its meeting held on 09th April, 2026, has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 7 per equity share (140 % of face value of Rs. 5/- each) for the financial year 2025-26, subject to approval by the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). The dividend, if approved by the members of the Company, will be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM.
