The Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores Ltd inks Forest Lease Agreement for establishing a Downhill Conveyor Pipe System

Pursuant to the receipt of final approval from Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for diversion of forest land for establishing a DCS, The Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores Limited has on 8 April 2026, executed Forest Lease Agreement (FLA) with Deputy Conservator of Forests (DCF), Government of Karnataka, Ballari Division, Ballari and registered with the Sub-Registrar Office at Sandur today.

This FLA is executed incorporating all the conditions mentioned in the aforesaid approval letter dated 3 October 2025, for diversion of 2.4314 hectares of forest land in Deogiri, Swamimalai Forest Block, Sandur Taluk, Ballari District, Karnataka, for establishing a DCS from Kammathuru Iron Ore Mine (ML No. 2678, Old No. 2580/1179) to PMBR (BMM) siding in favour of the Company.

Shares of SANDUR MANGANESE & IRON ORES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 196.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 194.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 80550 in over 1369 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 203.20 and intraday low of 192.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 16016632.00.
