Equity shareholders & unsecured Creditors approve merger of Coromandel Fertilisers and Godavari Fertilisers

Coromandel Fertilisers Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Equity Shareholders and the Unsecured Creditors of the Company held on October 08, 2007 pursuant to the Order of the High Court of Judicature of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad dated September 03, 2007, the shareholders have approved by a requisite majority, and the Unsecured Creditors have approved unanimously, the Scheme of Amalgamation of Godavari Fertilisers And Chemicals Ltd with the Company.
