Shree Rama Multi equity shareholders to approve Scheme of Compromise & Arrangement

Shree Rama Multi Tech Ltd has announced that pursuant to the Order made by the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad, a meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company will be held on October 26, 2007, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving with or without modification(s), the Composite Scheme of Arrangement in the nature of Compromises and Arrangement of the Company with its Lenders and shareholders.
