Zuari Industries wins case against Hindustan Dorr-Oliver Ltd

Zuari Industries Ltd has announced that the judgement in the Court of Addl. Civil Judge, Senior Division at Vasco da Gama, Goa concerning the matter of Zuari Industries Ltd V/s. Hindustan Dorr-Oliver Ltd (HDO) & Grande Paroisse S A (GP) has been delivered in favour of Zuari Industries Ltd. The Court has ordered the defendant No. 1 i.e. HDO to pay a sum of Rs 23.27 crores under service and supply contract.

The stock closed the day at Rs.242.50, down by Rs.20.15 or 7.67%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.268 and low of Rs.235.
