Arvind Mills equity shareholders to approve Scheme of Arrangement

Arvind Mills Ltd has announced that pursuant to the Order made by the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad, a meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company will be held on November 01, 2007, for the purpose of considering, and if thought, fit approving with or without modification(s), the Scheme of Arrangement in the nature of De-merger of the Public Mobile Radio Trunking Services ("PMRTS") Division of Arvind into Arya Omnitalk Radio Turnking Services Pvt Ltd ("AORTSPL").
