Emmsons International Incorporates wholly owned subsidiary

Emmsons International Ltd has announced that the Company has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company (WOS) in the name and style of Emmsons SA having its registered office at Switzerland.

This New Company is incorporated keeping in view the growth plans of global expansion of the Company. The new Company will be responsible for Emmsons presence in Europe and the Americas looking to market export goods and procure products for import to India.

Mr. Jonathan Grange will be the Resident Director of this new Company and will be responsible for day to day operations under the Guideline from the board of directors of the Company. Mr. Grange has many years experience in commodity trading having worked as a Director for Louis Dreyfus in Paris, France and Andre in Lausanne, Switzerland.

The stock was trading at Rs.87.25, up by Rs.4.05 or 4.87%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 91.50 and low of Rs.81.25.

The total traded quantity was 241544 compared to 2 week average of 145749.
